SMART MINDS ACADEMY was started in year 2003 with the clear purpose of bringing new concepts and techniques in learning to kids of various age groups. We started with the very popular program ABACUS to enhance the calculation ability in kids and take away the fear of numbers.
Very soon in 2004, we added the other programs which make learning a fun and creative experience. Subsequently, programs such as Handwriting, Speed Writing, Vedic Maths, Pre Abacus, English Phonics, English Grammar and English Spellings were added and are highly appreciated by the parents and loved by the kids.
Smart Minds Academy believes in bringing the best in international learning techniques to its students. In a span of few years we have extended our programs to kids in Indiranagar, C.V. Raman Nagar, Kagadasapura, Malleshpalya and Vigyan Nagar in Bangalore.
Smart Minds Academy is promoted by Bindu Prasad a second generation entrepreneur. A dedicated professional, she has been associated with running a successful communications business for well over a decade.
Diversification into imparting knowledge to young minds has always been her passion and hence the setting up of Smart Minds Academy in 2003. Starting small with just 8 children, Smart Minds Academy has grown today where over a thousand children have passed out of the academy and currently over 300 children are benefiting from the various courses offered by it. In addition to the above, Smart Minds Academy has also had the opportunity to work with various schools and offer custom-made programs to their students.
Mrs Bindu Prasad with her unstinting efforts has created an excellent platform for children in Bangalore wherein they have an opportunity to realize their full potential. Her engineering background and analytical skills have helped her in selecting the right courses which truly empower the children of today to acquire the most apt skills which provide them that extra edge.
